Dele Alli rescued a late stage for Tottenham to refuse people Watford a primary Premier League win of the season amid movie assistant referee (VAR) confusion.
Together with the out-of-form hosts seeking a way back Hornets keeper Ben Foster flapped with Alli controlling his shoulder before turning the ball into the internet.

It looked like they ought to have had a penalty when 1-0 up in the first half since the trailing leg of Vertonghen brought Deulofeu in the box down.
The VAR decided Spurs escaped in not awarding a penalty Chris Kavanagh hadnt made a error. Onedecision has been affected from the VAR in the Premier League all year – using most reversals to factual events such as offside.
