Wales coach Rob Howley was sent amid allegations of offences from their Rugby World Cup camp, Sky Sports News knows.
It’s understood Howley supposedly put bets on union matches and has been provisionally suspended by all matters relating to rugby and will likely be banned immediately from the tournament pending a hearing, that.
Howley leaves the Wales squad just six days.
Sky Sports News knows that Howley is going to soon likely be replaced by Stephen Jones, who was set to take the job in 2020 of Howley over.
Officials, coaches and players at all levels within the game are prohibited from betting on any rugby fixtures.
Wales are located on September 23 at the southern city of Kitakyushu ahead of the World Cup opener.
