(CNN) — Nick Kyrgios is once again in warm water then walking off the court smash rackets and calling an umpire that a”f***ing tool”
After winning the opening set in his three-set defeat by Russia’s Karen Khachanov on Wednesday in the Western and Southern Open at Cincinnati, Kyrgios was hit with some time violation in the next set for taking too long between functions.
While seated between games, he uttered:”That is funny, though Rafa (Nadal) plays that quick I’m benefitting from tennis.
“Absolute rubbish… disgrace. Get me some footage of Rafa playing that quick, that game.
“If you can get any of that I’ll close my mouth and never talk again.”
Following Khachanov won the second set 7-6 (7-4), he called umpire Fergus Murphy”the worst f***ing ref in history, the worst ref in the game.

Walking away
Shortly after his outburst Kyrgios chose a toilet break that Murphy, mentioning not enough time remaining at the changeover, had refused him permission to take.
Having left the court with 2 rackets, cameras captured the world number 27 breaking them prior to making his way back to the court.
After the defeat, the Kyrgios known as Murphy a”f***ing tool” and spat on the court in the chair umpire’s direction prior to leaving.
Kyrgios appears probable to be seeded to the US Open starting on August 26.

Not the first time
This really isn’t the first time Kyrgios has voiced his displeasure at umpire Murphy’s decision making.
Two weeks ago, at the Washington Open, the Australian collaborated together with Murphy, before heading on to win the championship.
Kyrgios has a very long history of poor behavior on courtroom.

He had been fined in May after he pitched a jar, threw his racket onto the floor and hurled a seat in the last set of a match in the Open.
He was fined 13,766 lbs ($16,670) for unsportsmanlike behavior at Queen’s in June.
