John Gosden could bet365 Cambridgeshire Favorite Forest Of Dean on Saturday for Its Dubai Duty Free Handicap into Newbury.

The Newmarket handler is considering a change of strategy then he was hiked 10lb for his triumph for the son of Iffraaj, who’s the overall 6-1 favorite for the Cambridgeshire.
Having a last decision still to be made, Gosden has not ruled out the possibility of running the three-year-old that was innovative in both races.
He said:”They’ve up him 10lb and he has got to try and acquire a Cambridgeshire away 110.
“He is entered at Newbury and we’ll take a look at it instead of always coming here (Newmarket).
“The handicapper, I think, has reacted. I think we beat a great deal of perfectly fine but exposed horses at York.
“I’ve the choice of trying to conduct off him an older mark instead of the mark he’s on. I am doing my due diligence to consider that.
“I really don’t think he is a Pipedreamer (2007 winner) or something like that, however he is a horse that is progressive and the handicapper thinks accordingly.
“Perhaps we may conduct him in both – you never know, it’s the end of the year so we could roll the dice.”
Should Gosden, who will seek a fifth victory from the Cambridgeshire, decide against running Forest Of Dean he has identified two substitutes.
He added:”We may need to go to plan B and discover another.
“We may need to rely on a darker personality to come out of the woodwork. Lord North and Star Of Bengal might unexpectedly come into the limelight.”
Gosden has Newmarket in mind for 2 inmates, led by Twist’N’ Shake, who had been defeated last season but is at the mix for the Kingdom Of Bahrain Sun Chariot Stakes on October 5.
He said:”It did not quite go at Deauville and the track got really demanding and she wasn’t too pleased on it. She won in style.
“We will take a look at this (Sun Chariot) as it’s a lovely race”
Wasaayef gets got the Fillies’ Mile on October 11 as a possible target, but she’s set to get a prep run on Saturday.
Gosden added:”She operates on Saturday. She won her second start and when she does go to the Fillies’ Mile, she would have experienced three races.
“It’s important they have expertise to get a race like this. Since it’s run across the Guineas distance and track, it has come to be an accurate line for the Guineas as the Dewhurst has.”
Gosden spoke at the launch of The Newmarket Gold Season, an initiative aimed at fostering the profile of this city’s racing, sales and breeding activities .
Newmarket phases racing across four successive weekends – kicking off with all the Henry Cecil Open Weekend before going in the Cambridgeshire Meeting, Sun Chariot Day and the Dubai Future Champions Festival this Saturday and Sunday.
The Newmarket Gold Season adopts the racing around the Rowley Mile, but also the Whole breeding and racing industry, culminating with the finish of the October Yearling Sale.
Gosden included:”There is this remarkable racing each weekend – I’m really anticipating this Middle Park along with the Dewhurst – then obviously it rolls out from Book 1 to Book 2.
“There’s an awful lot of energy here and this is a really healthy initiative because people can see the sheer gravitas that Newmarket can get, at this time of year”
