Turkish champions have been joined by brighton striker Florin Andone Galatasaray to a season-long loan for an undisclosed fee.
The Seagulls have a January remember choice as a portion of the loan arrangement for the Romania global.
Andone joined Albion from Deportivo La Coruna in July 2018, having made 69 appearances throughout two seasons.
Brighton head trainer Graham Potter stated:”We believe this loan to Galatasaray provides Florin the chance to play and go frequently, which he’s found difficult here.
“He has the prospect of Champions League soccer. We wish Florin nicely for the period ahead, we’ve got the choice of a recall in January and now we will closely track his progress.”
Andone scored his first targets before scoring in the fixture from the Terriers at March in the wins over Huddersfield Town and Crystal Palace at December, for Brighton.
Romania has capped the 26-year-old 26 times and can be now expected to join with his squad for qualifiers from Spain and Malta.
Turkish giants Galatasaray are busy this summer, having signed former Manchester United and Chelsea striker Radamel Falcao from Monaco.
They have also had a loan bid Sky Sports News understands.
Potter clarified how the emergence of youngsters Aaron Connolly and Steven Alzate as members of his first-team squad have enabled a squad reshuffle which sees Andone and Jurgen Locadia loaned out to Turkey and Germany respectively.
Potter added:”We’re familiar with all our attacking options concerning the players here, those we have recruited, and on the back of the progress made by the Aaron Connolly and Steven Alzate.
“The two players have earned their chance, and are exhibiting their ability at this level. Aaron is a good addition to our goalscoring options alongside Neal Maupay and Glenn Murray.
“Steven additionally gives an additional attacking option from broad positions, playing only a striker and in midfield – alongside the likes of Leandro Trossard, Pascal Gross, Solly March, Alireza Jakhanbaksh, and Yves Bissouma along with Jose Izquierdo, as soon as they are both back to full fitness.”
