Wycombe do not expect to hear the result of a vote until at least next week.
The League One club have hailed from the help of a professional company – Civica – to manage a vote American Rob Couhig’s offer to get a 75 per cent stake.
Wanderers are encouraged by a voter turnout of around 80 percent of the Supporters Trust’s 893 associates and are keen to announce the verdict as soon as they achieve the 75 percent brink of’yes’ votes.
However, Civica have advised the club until the close after the voting period started on Tuesday.
All but 41 of those votes are to be made electronically through email.
Legacy Members are voting about whether to take a proposal to the new firm of Couhig Feliciana EFL to purchase a majority sharehold.
