His rival Ten Sovereigns and ante-post favorite crossover will miss out the Betfair Sprint Cup at Haydock on Saturday.
Martyn Meade’s Advertise beat Ten Sovereigns when shooting the Commonwealth Cup before Aidan O’Brien’s charge turned the tables at Newmarket.
Ten Sovereigns has since disappointed in York in the Nunthorpe, previous month, whereas Advertise maintained his third top-level success in the Prix Maurice de Gheest in Deauville.
The group were put for a different clash at the Merseyside track, but neither will be presence – by Advertise morning, after returning a cluttered extent on Friday pulled.
Meade stated:”Advertise returned a terrible scope this afternoon and we had no alternative except to withdraw him.
“It is not serious and he ought to be OK in a week, however we can not take any chances”
Advertise is likely to go directly to the Qipco British Champions Sprint in Ascot on October 19.
“I would imagine that is going to be the strategy now,” Meade additional.
“It’s disappointing he can not run at Haydock, however there is nothing we could do about it – that’s horses to you.”
O’Brien revealed earlier this week if tender earth pops, which Ten Sovereigns wouldn’t line up in Haydock and his non-participation was confirmed by the Ballydoyle handler.
The No Nay Never colt is now set to be ready for a trip to Australia.
“We didn’t want to conduct him on soft ground. We were hoping it wouldn’t be, however, they got more rain today,” explained O’Brien.
“He’ll likely go into quarantine now for Australia.”
